Manage all aspects of disassembling, packaging, and reassembling workstations

Setup monitors, docking stations, and phones for new workstations

Responsible for managing the network connectivity for employees, resolve issues as needed

Schedule all future moves with employees and ensure timely completion of workstation relocation

Qualifications

Responsible for management of project budget, project schedules, and completion deadlines

Manage content for meeting communication

Firm understanding of the IT project lifecycle

Must possess effective time management, organizational skills, and keen understanding of the interdependency of numerous activities

Flexibility to respond to changing situations and requests

College degree in Business, Computer Science or similar professional experience

5 years of experience and PMI certificate
CABLE TECHNICIAN
Job Description
-
Pull and terminate CAT 5 and CAT 6 cable per project specifications
-
Test and troubleshoot any issues with the new phone lines
-
Build racks as needed to support cables
-
Required to have basic telephony hand tools and PPE
-
Commercial work experience, fusion splicing, and fiber experience are required

Qualifications

Manage planning for all meetings: setup, agenda, deck creation, meeting notes, communication

Maintain the project team document repository

Experience engaging with the IT project lifecycle
