Qualifications for All Specialties
 

  • AHIMA or AAPC Certified

  • 3 years of experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to stay organized while working from home

  • Sense of urgency while maintaining acceptable chart accuracy standards

  • Must have access to high-speed internet

AUDITOR

Qualifications
 

  • AHIMA or AAPC Certified

  • 5 years of experience

  • Approved ICD-10 CM/PCS Trainer - Preferred

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to stay organized while working from home

  • Must have access to high-speed internet

 

CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (CDI)

Qualifications
 

  • CCDS, CDIP, RN, CCS, or MD certified

  • 1 year of CDI experience

  • Ability to educate hospital staff of all levels

  • Strong written and verbal communication

HIM DIRECTOR

Qualifications
 

  • AHIMA or AAPC Certified

  • Prior director level experience

  • Trained in both ICD-9 & ICD-10

  • Ability to communicate with hospital staff of all levels

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Extensive working knowledge of HIM Departments
